Modern Interlude - Community Cookbooks - Georgia

Good Things are Cooking at C&S, published in 1985 by the Savannah, Georgia Employees Club. C&S (Citizens & Southern Bank) was bought in 1991 by NationsBank which is now part of Bank of America.

Step Back in Thyme - From Main Street to Main Dishes, published in 2010 by Oconee State Bank. A celebration of 50 years in business, there are lots of great photos as well as recipes. Bought the book because of the awesome cover!






A Taste of Chateau Elan, published in 1995. Chateau Elan is a winery and resort in Braselton, Georgia.

Lawfully Good Eating, published in 1192 by the GA Sheriffs Youth Homes, Inc. Love the subtitle - So good it ought to be against the law!

The Lady & Sons - Savannah Country Cookbook, published in 1997. Technically not a community cookbook, it was published one year after the restaurant opened. Ate there in the late 90's while on a trip to Savannah.
