Vintage Lousiana Cookbooks

New Orleans Recipes by Mary More Bremer, published in 1932.Lots of great Creole recipes.

River Road Recipes published by The Junior League of Baton Rouge in 1965. River Road Recipes is the nation's #1 best-selling community cookbook series, this copy is from the 9th printing, the first printing was in 1959.

Tony Chachere's Cajun Country Cookbook, published in 1972. I keep a can of Tony C's Creole Seasoning in my spice rack for everyday use.
