Classic Home Cooking, published in 1995. Favorite recipe is the Caribbean Beans and Rice.

Betty Crocker's New Cookbook - Everything You Need to Know to Cook, published in 1996. Great recipes for Chicken Pot Pie and Meatloaf.

Farm Journal's Great Home Cooking In America - Heirloom Recipes Treasure for Generations, published in 1976. Best recipe for Oven Fried Fish. The previous owner placed check marks by her favorite recipes - there are a LOT of marks!
