Great Cakes, published in 1991. Winner of the James Beard Award for Best Baking & Dessert book. Filled with great recipes!

Cakewalk - Loving Spoonfuls from a Southern Kitchen, published in 1994. Book has 25 cake recipes with beautiful illustrations.
