Vintage Community Cookbooks - Georgia

Atlanta Cooks for Company, published in 1971 by the Junior Associates of the Atlanta Music Club. Book is the 4th printing - original printing was in 1968.

The Frances Virginia Tea Room Cookbook, published in 1981. The tea room opened during the Great Depression in the Collier Building in downtown Atlanta. The restaurant remained open until 1962.







Savor Madison - A Culinary Tour, published in 1989 by the Church of the Advent Episcopal Church in Madison, Georgia. Scattered throughout the book are etchings of historic homes and buildings in Madison.

The Stuffed Griffin, published in 1977 by the Griffin Utility Club. The book celebrates 50 years of volunteer service to the community by the club members.






Watt's Cookin' on the Line, published in the 1960's by the Rural Electrification Leaders Jackson Electric Membership Corporation. Includes recipes from Banks, Clarke, Gwinnett and Jackson county members.

Rural Electric Favorite Recipes, published in 1959 by the Rural Electrification Leaders Mitchell Electric Membership Corporation in Camilla, Georgia.
