Community Cookbooks Southern Style Part III

Stay for Tea . . . AGAIN, published in 1975 by the University of Kentucky Woman's Club. Picked up this book today along with a few others.

Look and Cook, no publication date, but most likely from the late 1960's judging by the most recent graduate who contributed a recipe. The book was sold as a fund raiser by the Birmingham (Alabama) Baptist Hospital School of Nursing Alumnae Association.

Miss Daisy Entertains, published in 1980 by Daisy King. Miss Daisy operated tea rooms in Franklin then Nashville, Tennessee from 1974 to 1991. I have bookmarked the recipe for Swiss Steak.

Welcome Back to Pleasant Hill - More Recipes from the Trustees' House - Pleasant Hill, Kentucky, published in 1977. Pleasant Hill was a Shaker community from 1805-1910.
