There are over 300 recipes plus lots of tips from readers and the kitchen staff of Southern Living. Also included are time saving tips and rescue remedies for cooking mishaps.
Maida Heatter's New Book of Great Desserts, published in 1982. Super large book (500 pages!) filled with 250 recipes from one of the greatest dessert experts. Sadly there are no pictures, but lots of yummy recipes for cakes, cookies, pies/tarts, breads custards and frozen desserts.
