Junior League - Florida in the House!

Some Like It South, published in 1984. Recipes compiled by the Junior League of Pensacola, Florida. Of course there are tons of recipes for all types of seafood and the dessert category is nicely represented! Purchased  along with three other JL cookbooks at a yard sale for a quarter!

The Gasparilla Cookbook, published in 1973 (original publication date was 1961). Recipes were complied by the Junior League of Tampa and were collected from famous West Coast Florida restaurants & local cooks. The recipes reflect a  blend of Spanish, Greek, Cuban, Italian and Southern heritages found in the area.
