The National Symphony Orchestra at the Kennedy Center Cookbook, published in 1987. Recipes reflect the many countries and states the orchestra have visited in their travels. Printed on super glossy paper, the book is quite heavy for its size. It is also signed - but I am unable to decipher the signature.
Favorite Recipes, no publication date ~ circa 1940's. Recipes compiled by the women's club of Park Methodist Church in Hornell, New York. The recipes were selected as the "favorites" by the ladies of the church. There are a few vintage ads from sponsors.
