Country Inns of America Cookbook, published in 1982. Filled with recipes for every meal from inns across America. A few of the establishments featured include San Ysidro Ranch, the Old Mill Inn, Chalet Suzanne, The Flying Cloud Inn. the Publick House and the 1770 House. Lots of gorgeous photos of the final dishes are also included.

Searchlight Recipe Book, published in 1952. The cookbook was published by "The Household Magazine" and features a compilation of recipes sent in by readers.The magazine was published from the late 1880's until the late1950's ~ early 1960's (as far as I can tell from a quick Google search). At the time this book was printed, there were 23 editions beginning in 1931. The pages are tabbed for each section.

Busy Woman's Cookbook - The Farm Journal, published in 1971. Recipes for the (now) working woman. There are only two sections - Short Cut Cooking and Make Ahead Cooking, with recipes for main dishes, vegetables, desserts, etc.
