New Purchase - Philly Cream Cheese

The Philadelphia Brand Cream Cheese Cookbook, published in 1981. Cream cheese isn't just for frosting and cheesecakes! There are recipes for appetizers (natch), snacks and sandwiches, salads plus dressings, soups and entrees. Of course there are pages of recipes for cheesecakes, breads, pies and cookies. I adore the cover - so shiny!
