Mama's Recipes - A Treasury of Hungarian-American Foods, published in 1965. A total steal at 25 cents, this book was originally sold as a church fund raiser for a donation of $1.50. The recipes were compiled by the Hostess Committee of St. Elias Byzantine Catholic Church located in Munhall, Pennsylvania. The proceeds benefited the building fund for a new church which was completed in 1966. I have little experience with Hungarian food, but I think will be able to find a recipe or two to try!
