Purchased at an estate sale at the end of May. Published in 1977, this copy is the 5th printing with the original printing date in 1970. Recipes reflect the diverse population of Chattanooga (Tennessee). Mixed in between the usual Southern favorites, there are recipes with Greek, Hungarian and Jewish origins. Lots of great photographs are scattered throughout the book.
