Newman's Own Cookbook, published in 1998. Recipes feature Newman's Own products  with contributions from friends and from a Good Housekeeping recipe contest.

Under the Magnolias - A Tasteful Tour of Athens, published in 1999. Recipes complied by the Athens Academy Parent Service Organization and include a few by local restaurants (some of which are no longer in business).

Favorite Recipes of Home Economics Teachers - Desserts, published in 1982. I also own an older (1960's ) edition. The previous owner noted her favorite recipes on the inside cover: Chocolate ice cream, Coconut Cream pie and basic pastry.
