Vintage Cookbooks & Pamphlets - Estate Sale

At lunch I visited a tag sale and found two cookbooks. After work I attended an estate sale where I bought a few items including several vintage cooking pamphlets.

One Hundred Twenty Five Selected Recipes - Gasco 125th, published in 1981. Favorite recipes from the Blue Flame Kitchen of Atlanta Gas Light Company.

Poultry Recipe Favorites of Poultryland, U.S.A., published in 1958. Recipes were selected from entries submitted to WGGA in Gainesville, Georgia.

American Oriental Cookery - Quick and Easy, published in 1962. Recipes use Chun King and Mazola Corn Oil products.

Quelques Bonnes Recettes (Some Good Recipes), no publication date. The booklet is in French and uses Maizena cornstarch in the recipes.

Also from the estate sale:

220 Famous Seafood Recipes, published in 1976 by the Athens Business and Professional Women's Club.  Booklet has has a ton of vintage ad for local businesses.

Purchased at the tag sale:

Prescription for Cooking - Salads including Appetizers, published in 1970. Book has 2000 recipes from hospital auxiliary members.

Famous Recipes from Mrs. Wilkes Boarding House in Historic Savannah, published in 1980. Filled with lots of great southern favorites!
