Christmas with Southern Living, 2001. How yummy does the cake on the cover look? Besides the usual holiday confections, there are menus for all manner of holiday entertaining. Plus decorating ideas and a chapter on homemade gifts. My most requested holiday "cookie" came from a Southern Living cookbook (97 or 98 edition) - the buckeye ( chocolate covered peanut butter ball).
Better Homes and Gardens Christmas Cooking From the Heart, published in 2008. Loaded with lots of great recipes for entrees, appetizers and of course sweets (many, many sweets!). Filled with scrumptious photos. The previous owner left a partial shopping list between the pages - for an eggnog punch!
