Salute to Italy - Celebrity Cookbook, published in 1984. The book was published by JC Penney and contains recipes by movie stars, sports and political figures, cooking professionals (i.e. chefs) and a few fashion notables. There are recipes contributed by Mario Andretti, Perry Como, Governor Cuomo, Dom DeLuise, Lee Iacocca, Sophia Loren, Martin Scorsese and Fancesco Scavullo.
Nathalie Dupree's Matters of Taste, published in 1990. There are 27 menus and the recipes were featured on Nathalie's television show of the same name. According to a TV Guide entry, only 26 shows aired. Not sure if a couple of the menus were combined or one menu never made it to the air.
The Lady & Sons - Just Desserts, published in 2002. I think it is the last cookbook published before Paula started her Food Network show. Besides the missing TV logo now found on all her other books, there are only two other books noted as being written (both of which I own). Filled with 120 sweet treats from her Savannah restaurant.
