The Australian Hertitage Cookbook

The Australian Heritage Cookbook, published in 1988. This massive cookbook (14" x 10") is filled with beautiful photos of food, the people and scenery of all the states and territories of Australia. Instead of placing on my cookbook shelf - I may keep as a "coffee table" book! The book was given to the former owner as a memento of their holiday down under.
