Mixed Bag - Cranberries, Dutch & American Cooking

BHG - Five Seasons of Cranberries, published in 1971.  As for the title, the five seasons are Fall, Holiday, Midwinter, Spring and Summer. Over 275 recipes for "America's Favorite Native Fruit" plus facts and folklore on cranberries. Given to the previous owner on December 8, 1978 per inside inscription.

The Illustrated Encyclopedia of American Cooking, published in1972. Massive 927 page book by the editors of Favorite Recipes Press. All entries are listed alphabetically from Abalone to Zucchini. It's going to take me a LONG time to read each and every recipe and choose a few to try. The prevous owner wrote down two of her favorites: BBQ ribs and Meatloaf.

Edna Eby Heller's Dutch Cookbook (revised), published in 1980 (the first edition was printed in 1953).  I bought the book mainly for the bread and pie recipes.
