Even More Lee Bailey - Country Desserts & New Orleans

Lee Bailey's Country Desserts, published in 1988. This a former library copy, but in excellent condition and it's even signed! The photos are amazing as ever and the desserts are drool-worthy. I think it's time to step up my cake game and will definitely be testing  a few recipes.

Lee Bailey's New Orleans, published in 1993. The recipes come from a few of the Brennan family restaurants - Commander's Palace , Mr. B's and The Palace Cafe. New Orleans has always been a great city to eat (and drink). Having lived there,  I can say some of my best food memories are from the time I lived in/near the city.
