New Purchase - Pillsbury Bake Off 3rd Grand National (1951)

Found another vintage bake off booklet. This is from the 3rd annual contest held on December 10, 1951 at the Waldorf-Astoria Hotel in New York City. The $25,000 grand prize winning recipe was the Starlight Double Delight Cake. The double delight ? - a chocolate cream cheese frosting used for frosting the cake AND also baked in the batter!
